  • 2-4 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of recruiting practices and legal guidelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, decision-making and research skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and experience using social media for sourcing.
  • Ability to work independently, detail oriented, prioritize workload, perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; UKG Software and Oracle experience a plus.
  • Ability to travel to job fairs.
