Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor mill machinery to produce high-quality products
- Set up and adjust machines according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or issues
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in machining or operating mill machinery
- Familiarity with press brake machines, stamping presses, electrical discharge machining, lathes, and CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand tools for machine setup and adjustments
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Knowledge of tooling and tool maintenance
