Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for providing tire services and performing vehicle maintenance tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work with hand tools. If you have a passion for automotive service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Duties: - Perform tire installations, rotations, repairs, and replacements - Conduct tire inspections to identify wear patterns and potential issues - Use automotive diagnostics tools to assess tire and vehicle conditions - Maintain accurate records of tire services performed - Assist customers in selecting appropriate tires for their vehicles - Align wheels and ensure proper tire balance - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks Qualifications: - Previous experience in tire service or automotive maintenance is preferred - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems - Proficient in using hand tools and equipment related to tire service - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship - Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Sales experience is a plus but not required - Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods We offer competitive pay based on experience, as well as opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
