Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through various quality control and assurance measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FDA regulations and possess the skills to operate precision measuring instruments. Duties: - Perform quality control inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products - Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure accurate measurements - Analyze data and test results to identify any deviations from quality standards - Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with established procedures and regulations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions - Maintain accurate documentation of all quality control activities - Assist in the development and implementation of quality systems and procedures - Fabricate test fixtures or jigs as needed for quality testing purposes Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus - Proven experience working in a quality control or quality assurance role - Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and quality standards - Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Join our team as a Quality Technician and contribute to our commitment to delivering high-quality products.
