```Job Summary``` We are currently seeking an experienced Injection Mold Operator to join our team. The Injection Mold Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. ```Duties``` - Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production specifications - Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with molds, machines, and materials - Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment - Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in plastics injection molding is required - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material quantities - Knowledge of calipers for measuring part dimensions - Familiarity with plastics blow molding is a plus - Ability to assemble and disassemble molds as needed - Experience with logic controllers is preferred - Forklift certification is a plus - Proficiency in using hand tools for mold maintenance and repair - Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machine issues - Understanding of machining processes is beneficial If you are a skilled Injection Mold Operator looking for a new opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
