Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Enrollment Specialist. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling individuals into our addiction counseling program. You will be responsible for managing the enrollment process, educating potential clients about our services, and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth enrollment experience. Duties: - Recruit and engage with potential clients through various channels, including social media, community outreach, and referrals - Conduct initial assessments to determine eligibility and suitability for the program - Educate individuals about the benefits of addiction counseling and the services we offer - Coordinate and schedule intake appointments for new clients - Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork and documentation - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless transition from enrollment to treatment - Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the enrollment process - Maintain accurate records of client information and enrollment status - Assist with program marketing efforts, including creating content for social media platforms Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred - Previous experience in addiction counseling or related field is highly desirable - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in social media management and marketing strategies - Ability to educate individuals about addiction counseling services in a compassionate manner - Experience in supervising or mentoring others is a plus - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail - Comfortable with public speaking engagements We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
