Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Janitor to join our team. As a Lead Janitor , you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms and common areas
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towel
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures
- Keep track of inventory and request supplies

- Inspect buildings and report discrepancies directly to management

Skills:
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies handling

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning
- Familiarity with safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals

Schedule: Monday- Friday (1:00 pm- 9:00 pm)

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly (direct deposit)

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
