Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cleaner to join our team. As a Lead Cleaner, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the cleaning operations at various locations. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to supervise a team of cleaners. Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain assigned areas according to company standards - Train and supervise cleaning staff, ensuring they follow established procedures - Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory - Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Coordinate with clients to schedule cleaning services and ensure customer satisfaction - Perform custodial duties as needed, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing - Launder and maintain linens and other cleaning materials Experience: - Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervising a cleaning team - Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and hygiene - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Knowledge of custodial practices and commercial cleaning techniques - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience working in hotels or other commercial cleaning settings is preferred If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for cleanliness and have experience in leading a team, we encourage you to apply for this position. Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
