HIRING FOR ALL POSITIONS: STORE MANAGER, ASSISTANT MANAGER, SALES ASSOCIATES
Sports Treasures is currently hiring for 1 Retail Manager, 1 Retail Assistant Manager, 2 Sales Associates to join our team! Applications will be reviewed and will schedule for in-person interviews ONLY.

Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of retail sales workers
- Train and evaluate employees
- Receive incoming product and merchandise store
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Other activities assigned by corporate managers as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields desired,
but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to complete tasks assigned by corporate managers
- Must be detail oriented and have an outgoing personality
- Knowledge of pro sports teams and Division I college teams especially local
teams desired, but not required.
- Ability to use FaceTime/ FB Video chat / Skype or other forms of video chat
- Light knowledge of computers and Point of Sales (POS) systems a plus
- Self starter required
- Must be able to work independently with minimal directions

Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities:

- Process sales and returns as needed for customers
- Help with receiving incoming product and merchandising of store
- Other activities assigned by store manager, assistant manager or corporate managers as needed

Pay Rate: Starts at $16.00 -$18.00/hr. All new hires are hired as sales associates to start. Assistant managers and store managers will be promoted from sales associates.
