Physical Therapy Aide position available in a fun, dynamic, hybrid sports medicine and orthopedic clinic with a Personal Training and Specialized fitness gym. Candidates should possess a strong commitment to personal and professional growth, customer service, and ability to work as a team.

Responsibilities:

• Complying with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations;
• Assisting with daily clinic operations, customer service and delivery of services provided by Sports Muscle Fitness and Therapy, LLC
• Greeting patients and directing them as needed including paperwork, information, and escort to the treatment area at the start of their session. Checking patients out at completion of their visit, including scheduling follow up appointments;
• Assisting with front office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments for patients and clients, taking and recording payments, completing insurance verifications.
• Observing and assisting with treatments for a wide-ranging sports/orthopedic pathologies.
• Accurately and honestly completing all Company reports and billing documents
• Maintaining the Company’s medical records, charts and patient files and accounts;
• Performing such other duties as are assigned to you from time to time by the Company;
• (Working with patients, upkeep of the clinic, errands, contacting patients, and paperwork.
• Assisting with sem-private specialized fitness training sessions and group workouts.
• Providing injury prevention programming including: functional assessments, conditioning and corrective exercise programs. Also provide individual consultation and support of the employee health and wellness program.
• Developing new patients for the Company in such areas as instructed by the Company;

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology or Exercise Science preferred
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• First Aid/CPR/AED Certified preferred will be reimbursed if hired
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer skills with MS Office applications a must
• Self-motivated and ability to work efficiently and independently
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with client and employees

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
