PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are a leading manufacturer and brand of Sports Training Equipment is seeking a Product Consultant to review, test, and provide feedback on a variety of new and future released products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and test design issues of existing products.
• Contribute to the design review process associated with new and redesigned products.
• Organize cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product launches.
• Interface with manufacturing departments to communicate engineering requirements for new products or component revisions.
• Evaluate returned product claims and review product return data for product improvement initiatives.
• Perform first article evaluations on newly sourced products
• Develop training and videos centered on each new product(s)

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.)
• 5-10 years of Baseball of Softball Coaching or Training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Baseball or Softball Coaching: 4 years (Preferred)
• playing baseball or softball: 4 years (Preferred)
• Video Editing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Social media management: 2 years (Preferred)
