We offer high-end bike tunes, builds, repair work and bike fitting to all our adventure-loving customers, and are looking for a bike mechanic who will strive to help those customers enjoy their bikes to the fullest extent. We also offer opportunities for advancement both in and out of the bike shop. Must be familiar with building and fixing bikes is required to apply. If you know your way around bikes, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Mastery of basic to complex bicycle repairs for mountain, road, and ebikes.

• Proven ability to clearly communicate and consult with customers on service and repair-related issues.

• Capable of building and finaling new bikes quickly and efficiently.

• Logging all bike labor and repair parts through our computer systems (Lightspeed).

• Filing, completing and following up on warranty claims.

• Some inventory management of shop parts.

• Computer savvy and detail-oriented.

• Accurately complete sales using POS system according to established procedures.

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds, bend down repeatedly, and stand for the majority of a shift.
