Sport Ortho Urgent Care is an emerging outpatient practice that is part of a comprehensive orthopedic model. We are committed to offering an innovative experience to the patient by having an integrated approach with a team of providers, including Orthopedic Physician Assistants and Physical Therapists.
Within the SOUC model, our providers work together daily to provide comprehensive orthopedic care including on-site medical imaging, and regenerative.
Job description
This position entails XR/MA responsibilities while being a part of a comprehensive team of providers. Operate radiologic equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes. Take x-rays following established radiologic requirements and regulations to ensure patient care and safety.
The Opportunity
Sport Ortho Urgent Care is currently seeking a highly motivated individual as a PRN Radiologic Technologist. This position would entail XR/MA responsibilities while being a part of a comprehensive team of providers.
Requirements:
Full scope or limited scope applicants.
New grads welcome.
Overall support for Physician Assistant and daily operations.
Assists with scheduling, answering multi-phone lines.
Gives injections, applies bracing, casting and durable medical equipment.
Processing of referrals.
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 12 hour shift
