**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will assist in various outdoor maintenance tasks and landscaping projects.

**Duties:**

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as basic lawn mowing, hedge and small tree trimmings, and flowerbed care

- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and equipment

- Assist in landscape projects including planting trees, plants, laying rock, etc.

- Support the team in various landscaping duties

- Seasonal scalping, leaf cleanups, and Christmas light installation

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience or mechanical knowledge in landscaping or related field preferred, but not required

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment

- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices

- Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending over 50 lbs

- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

**Transportation to and from our office is required***
