SNAP is seeking a qualified individual for a Rural Development Community Administrator position to join a dynamic growing team.
This is a 30 hour per week position and is considered full time.

Position Summary: Manages all administrative activities relating to the operation of one Rural Development rental property. Ensures compliance with SNAP procedures and applicable regulations, including but not limited to HUD regulations, including Housing Quality Standards, Washington State Landlord-Tenant Law, and USDA Rural Development compliance, to ensure that SNAP’s interests are protected. Promotes community concept among residdents, providing a clean, safe, friendly, and comfortable place for people to live.

This is a part-time administrative office position with a 30 hour work week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., which will require 30% travel time. The position reports directly to the Affordable Housing Development and Asset Management Coordinator.
