Our community is seeking an experienced and efficient Leasing Consultant.
Compensation and SPM Benefits:

- At least one year of multifamily property management experience required.
- Must be detail-oriented, with great written and oral communication skills, as well as strong marketing, leasing and sales experience preferred.
- Accomplished interpersonal skills; capable of dealing effectively with residents, vendors and co-workers.
- Answers incoming phone calls and handles each call accordingly, whether it is a prospect call, resident, service request, etc.
- Greets prospective residents, qualifies, determines needs and preferences, and professionally presents the community while communicating community and unit features and benefits.
- Know the current condition of all vacant apartments that have been made ready for move-in.
- Show apartments to prospects and provide various rental information.
- Accept and process applications.
- Assist Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager in preparation of daily and weekly reports, resident communications, move-out inventory, market surveys, etc.
- Marketing the Community daily by using all available advertising.
- Working knowledge of Yardi 7S is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license, proper automobile liability insurance and dependable transportation that is in good operating condition.
- Drug test and background check required.
