• High School Diploma, with an AA or BS degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a car wash or retail operations supervisory role, or if you've dabbled in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work, that's great too!
• Strong problem-solving skillswith keen attention to detail and follow-up.
• Team champion with effective interpersonal skillsand proven ability to support a team, while delighting guests.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with an aptitude for technologyand organization.
• Results-drivenwith a knack for analyzingprocesses and reports.
