Cabana Supervisor Job Description:

We are searching for a hard-working individual who has had supervisor experience and can handle themselves in stressful situations. Our ideal candidate has extremely engaging people skills and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our waterpark prides itself in providing excellent service. Applicants need to be able to provide excellent service to VIP customers, problem solve on the spot and manage a team of waiters and waitresses.

The responsibilities of our cabana wait staff are to greet guests, walk them to their cabana, help them with menu recommendations, take and deliver orders (carry trays), and clear tables. All our waiters and waitresses are also responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions.

Main Responsibilities of a Cabana Supervisor

● Taking orders and delivering food and beverages.

● Helping guests with menu recommendations.

● Providing exceptional customer experience

● Manage and supervise other cabana wait staff.

● Help your employees when needed.

● Train and keep track of your employees performance.

Responsibilities of a Cabana Wait Staff:

● Greeting, seating, and escorting guests.

● Providing menu recommendations and additional information.

● Upselling additional products when appropriate.

● Taking orders using software, order slips, or by memorization.

● Communicating order details to the kitchen staff.

● Delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion.

● Delivering checks and collecting bill payments.

● Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware.

● Providing exceptional customer experience.
