Position: Superintendent
Job Description:
The Superintendent is responsible for the supervision, planning, and coordination of the day-to-day activities of the construction of the project, including but not limited to scheduling, issuing and managing RFI's and Submittals. The Superintendent will be responsible for reviewing shop drawings and making sure that field personnel are installing per plan and approved shop drawings. They will be responsible for the supervision of construction personnel, ensuring quality control and safety during all construction phases. The Superintendent will also be responsible for assisting in budgeting and forecasting, as well as assisting in the recruitment and hiring process for new employees. The Superintendent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records on all construction phases and projects.
