Develops, implements, and administers policies, programs, and plans that address industrial security issues to ensure compliance with government, and company requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

• The candidate will perform Industrial Security functions including:
  • maintenance of electronic personnel records
  • security clearance applications
  • initial and refresher security training
  • security incident investigations
  • physical security oversight of secure areas
  • classified meeting support
  • classified visit requests
• This role will also include processing, monitoring and tracking cleared personnel foreign travel notifications, including pre-and post-travel briefings.

Requirements:

• Successful candidates must be able to secure Program access approval
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and team-based environment
• Ability to prioritize requests from multiple sources and support requirements
• Self-motivated; taking ownership of projects and issues, including following through to closure and resolution
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• 3 years' experience required
• Be able to Obtain a DoD security Clearance with Secret or above

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Have an active DoD security clearance (Secret or above)
