We’re looking for curious individuals to apply for this role! A competitive candidate will have experience in a corporate finance or accounting setting, especially in consolidations. An ideal candidate will also have experience learning new processes and problem solving.

Responsibilities

The basics:

• Primary owner of FCCS (Oracle Cloud Services – Financial Consolidation & Close) including maintaining chart of account/hierarchies, metadata/mapping changes, opening/closing periods.
• Perform monthly consolidation and translation utilizing FCCS.
• Coordinate the monthly close process with international and domestic sites.
• Produce consolidated financial statements used for both internal and external reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), internal controls, and company and departmental procedures, including assisting with internal and external audit requests.

A day in the life may include:

• Resolving complex financial issues, managing ad hoc projects (system upgrades and testing, process improvements, master chart of accounts, mapping updates), and performing quarterly close duties.
• Working cross-functionally with Global Finance, Accounting, and IT for end-user requests and system updates to FCCS.
• Troubleshooting FCCS or SmartView issues as necessary, escalating items requiring IT/Oracle involvement, and following through to ensure resolution.

Qualifications

Required:

• Advanced Excel and systems skills, organizing and analyzing large volumes of data
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting with Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 0-1 years of experience with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)

Preferred:

• Oracle Cloud Services experience
• General knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• CPA
