Spire Pest Control is in need of experienced technicians to join our team!

As a Pest Control Technician you will:

• Service all customers on assigned daily route, according to company standards and procedures.
• Educate customers on products, application process, and additional services offered.
• Maintain proper inventory of chemicals and place weekly product orders.
• Maintain service records in accordance with EPA standards.
• Collect and process payments on site.
• Maintain service equipment and vehicle in clean and proper operating condition.
• Maintain a safe driving record.
• Assist on other routes as need.
• Complete federal, state, local and company required training programs within prescribed time limits for proper certification.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Available to work flexible hours as required by customer needs, including evenings, nights, and/or weekends.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Maintain a valid driver s license.
• Immediately report to management any loss of required license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Commission pay

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
