What an A/V Technician typically does:

• Installs TVs and speakers
• Pre-wires home or business
• Programs home technology systems
• Builds racks for systems
• Configures networks
• Installs cameras, shades, lights

• Knowledge of wire/cable termination and pre-wiring
• Experience installing speakers and TVs
• Understanding of rack building procedure
• Understanding of basic network
• Knowledge of Lutron, Savant, Control4 a plus
