Job Title: Technical Platform Support Specialist
Fulltime Role
Location: NYC
Hybrid/Onsite
Job Responsibilities:
● Provide daily support to customers; answer questions, triage bug reports, and escalate tickets with a concise set of reproduction steps that accelerates the time-to-resolution
● Be well-versed in existing systems and understand the implications of changing business requirements and consumer behaviors
● Manage customer relationships to support product updates and maintain client standards of quality
● Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth
● Analyze and optimize our tools, documentation, and processes to improve and help scale team and company operations
● Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions
● Learn, analyze, and anticipate customer needs to drive decision-making and identify new opportunities
Experiences/Skills/Qualifications:
· Prior experience with technical support, B2B and SaaS/PaaS experience is preferred
· Knowledge of CTV / OTT advertising a plus
· Familiar with technical writing – able to effectively communicate troubleshooting and navigation steps for websites
· Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
· Exhibits an investigative mindset and high aptitude for learning
· Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once while maintaining strategic alignment cross-functionally
· Strong presentation and written communication skills
· Strong project management skills with a proven track record of setting and delivering on expectations and commitments
· Knowledge of video streaming and ad serving ecosystem, advertising demand side platforms, data management platforms

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
