SpineSearch is Hiring a Nurse Manager (RN) Near Bergen, NJ
SpineSearch is seeking to fill an opening for a Registered Nurse to join a quickly growing spine practice based in North Bergen, New Jersey. Position will be serving as a manager for the clinical staff
Position is full time, Monday through Friday - offers a competitive salary based on experience, a full suite of benefits, and room for growth.
Requirements of the Registered Nurse:
- Bachelor's Degree
- New Jersey State Registered Nurse license
- Must have prior leadership experience as a nurse
- Must be bilingual - English/Spanish
Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:
- Oversee the clinical staff, serve as mentor and manager
- Serve as liaison between admin and clinical staff
- Input patient information into EMR system
- Take medical histories
- Monitor patient’s status
- Order, perform and evaluate diagnostic tests
- Advise patients on a healthy lifestyle
- Take patient’s vitals
- Create a “Plan of Care” for each patient with guidance of the physician
