SpineSearch is actively seeking a Medical Practice Associate to join a leading spine practice with multiple offices throughout the NY Metro area.

The ideal candidate must speak Spanish and be willing to travel to all locations as needed

Requirements of the Medical Practice Associate:

• At least 1 year of healthcare experience preferred, pharmacy experience accepted
• Must be fluent bilingual - English/Spanish
• Must be willing to travel to several locations throughout the boroughs

Responsibilities of the Medical Practice Associate:

• Working back end within a medical practice
• Answering phones
• Greeting patients
• Data entry of patient’s demographics
• Scheduling appointments
• Handling billing and bookkeeping
• Filling out insurance forms
• Translating
