Spine Life Chiropractic is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Crestview, FL

Spine Life Chiropractic is growing and needs your help!

We are a busy, Family friendly Chiropractic office looking for the perfect fit to help us continue to grow! The right candidate is a great multi-tasker, a people person, and someone familiar with electronic health records for scheduling.
If you have an energetic personality with a drive to be successful, there are possibilities for advancement with our clinic.

All of our staff are trained in house on the front desk procedures, as well as therapy and patient assistance. This ensures a consistent and fun work environment as a team.

Chiropractic experience is preferred, but not necessary. Please submit a resume and complete the receptionist questionnaire.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
  • Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
  • Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
  • Notifying providers of patient arrivals
  • Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions
  • Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
  • Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
