Spine & Sports Physical Therapy

Looking for an office manager to join our growing outpatient orthopedic clinic.

Spine & Sports PT first opened its doors in 2016 to offer individuals in the Austin area physical therapy with a focus on quality of care. We are unique in that we offer a 1 on 1 treatment model. While we do accept and bill insurances (we are in-network with most), we do not allow insurances to limit or dictate patient care. SSPT focuses on providing an exceptional patient experience with a simplified online intake process, online scheduling, highly trained PT’s, and a clinic environment which is engaging, fun and fully equipped to allow for a variety of treatment options. Job Description / requirements:

- Facilitate an environment of positive teamwork focused on the SSPT vision.

- Leadership focused on growing and developing the team.

- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.

- Develop and implement best practices related to patient care, insurance and administrative responsibilities.

- Detailed focus on data entry and charge reconciliation.

- Excellent communication skills required to manage phone calls and scheduling.

- Maintenance of clinic supply inventory.

- Equipment / clinic organization.

- Obtain insurance benefit verification and authorizations.

- Experience and proven track record of successful outpatient PT clinic management.

- Patient account reconciliation and payment collection.

- Proficient with Microsoft office and Google.

- Professional appearance and communication.

- Manage medical office tasks such as answering phone calls, filing paperwork, and handling patient inquiries.

- Schedule patient appointments and manage the therapist's calendar.

- Assist with staffing and new employee onboarding.

- Program development and implementation.

- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus

- Social media marketing experience (optional).

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
