Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Summer Time Job Seekers and Students are Welcomed.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of car wash services and automotive products is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
• Explain our Unlimited Wash Club Membership options to all our customers.
• Upselling single packages.
• Handle all sales transactions & keep accurate records.
• Direct customers safely into the wash tunnel and onto the conveyor
• Maintain cleanliness of entire property including areas such as landscaping, parking lot, bathrooms, tunnel & office.
• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to store management.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Position Type: Part-Time, Full-time
• Average Hours: Between 20-40 hours per week
• Hourly Wage: Up to $16/hr. Commission (based on previous confirmed experience and checked references)
• Strong commission based earnings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
