Job Summary:

Spillane Custom Carpentry is looking for dedicated laborers to join our team on a full-time basis. As a laborer with us, you will have the opportunity to learn the trade and advance within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled carpenters with various tasks on-site, including but not limited to:
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Assembling scaffolding and other equipment.
• Digging, filling, and leveling as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Learn and apply basic carpentry skills under the guidance of experienced craftsmen.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• Interest in learning the carpentry trade and advancing within the company.
• Willingness to perform physical labor and work in diverse weather conditions.
• Ability to take direction and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
