SPI Rentals is a full service vacation rental management company on South Padre Island. We are looking for individuals to join our team as a Housekeeping Inspector! As an Inspector, your main responsibility is inspecting rental properties prior to guest arrivals to ensure standards of cleanliness are met. Other job duties include the following:

• Cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, touch up surfaces, dispose of trash, freshen linens, etc.
• Ensuring the property is stocked with the required essentials (soaps, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. that our company provides)
• Organizing items in the properties as needed (furniture, kitchenwares, items in closets, etc.)

Our ideal candidate has previous experience in housekeeping (condos, hotels, properties, commercial, etc.). Being bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required. Reliable transportation is required to drive to and from rental properties. We provide a per diem reimbursement for driving (weekly).

Our office is open 7 days a week, and on holidays. Typical inspection shifts are 9AM - 6PM, or 10AM - 7PM, but may fluctuate. This is a seasonal position, typically March - September, with possibility of becoming a permanent position after the season.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
