Our Warehouse Associate will be working either 1st/3rd shift with limited required OT. The Warehouse Associate will support our customers for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, including handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with various warehouse tasks as needed. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to established procedures and standards.
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Accurately record received goods into the inventory management system and ensure proper storage.
Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, organizing shelves, and disposing of packing materials.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks using forklifts or other equipment as required.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for all staff.
Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues or concerns.
Prepare orders for shipment by packaging items securely and labeling them accurately.
Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by management.
