Our client is a renowned boutique offering a curated selection of high-quality fashion and lifestyle products, providing an exceptional shopping experience for their customers.

Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement : ... Greet customers warmly as they enter the boutique and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.

Sales Generation :

Product Knowledge :

Assist with merchandising tasks, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining visual presentation standards.

Ensure that the boutique is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Transaction Processing :

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Customer Service Excellence :

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
