We are seeking a motivated Data Entry and Scanning Clerk to support a logistics operation by accurately entering data into spreadsheets and efficiently scanning documents. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, have a strong attention to detail, and be comfortable using basic office equipment. This role is crucial to maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring smooth logistics processes.
The schedule is Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The pay rate is $16 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data from various sources into spreadsheets or databases.
- Scan and digitize documents, ensuring they are filed appropriately.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the sorting and categorization of documents.
- Handle basic office equipment, such as scanners, photocopiers, and computers.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in a logistics or supply chain environment is a plus.
Experience1-4 years
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry and document scanning.
