Spherion is hiring Machine Operators in the Vandalia area! Here is the information below :

Shift : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Pay : $15 / hr

Responsibilities :

JOB SUMMARY : Key performance requirements are :

• A self-motivated individual with a high sense of urgency, ability to focus on the task, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. ...
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, apply common sense to solve problems, and possess mechanical abilities.
• Team player with the ambition to improve skills and accept new challenges.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a working phone in order to be reached during off-hours.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

• The job may be stressful at times due to production schedule requirements.
