This assignment is ideal for individuals who enjoy lifting, overtime and bonus incentives (see details below) and do not mind the heat.

• Production Worker job includes manually assisting in the material handling of axles throughout the painting process.- Process includes, loading, masking of parts to not be painted, unloading, and de-masking parts after being painted.
• Lifters are expected to lift the 35lb axles alone and the 70-100lb axles with a partner.- The axles go through a furnace after being painted.
• This furnace increases the heat level inside the warehouse.- Please be advised this position is more suitable for workers that can deal with high levels of heat (up to 130 degrees in peak summer days).
• This position is not suitable for workers that are sensitive to heat or have respiratory issues.- Mandatory over-time and Saturdays when needed.

Location of warehouse is near Shelby Drive and New Getwell Rd.

Responsibilities :

Overall responsibility for receiving and moving materials within warehouse. Heavy-lifters will move the Tacoma axles (35lbs) alone and the Tundra (70-100lbs) axles with a partner.

There are lift assists available, but they are not always working. Light-lifters are responsible for masking and de-masking the parts that are not to be painted and cleaning of parts after coming out of the furnace.

Lifters will go through a written training at the beginning of their shift on the 1st day. The training entails reading material, then taking a test on the material.

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to work in extreme heat (130 degrees)

May require a certification to operate equipment.

Steel toe shoes are required.

Weekend are mandatory when needed.

Attendance Bonus is $100 a week for PERFECT attendance. Production bonus is $20 / day when the shift reaches 85% or more of the daily production goal.

All bonuses are paid in the 2nd check each month.
