Daily | Weekly | Monthly responsibilities - expected to review schedule of events and activities daily to ensure rooms are set-up accordingly.
Main clubhouse, Administrative Offices, 7 bathrooms (4x clubhouse, 2x pool, 1x guardhouse), Clubhouse Gym (this requires spot checked/cleaned daily, weekly upkeep and monthly deep cleanings)
Empty Trash, Shred Bins & Cigarette Urns & spot clean as needed
Ability to read English language
Detail oriented - sills, ceiling and other fans, blinds, chairs, baseboards, refrigerator, hanging mirrors, televisions, walls, doors, & molding
Work with maintenance manager and team to create and track maintenance work orders, setting up and taking down seasonal decorations
Order supplies as needed
Computer Work: Read, reply to emails, upload barcode data for front and rear gates, review and update maintenance/janitorial spreadsheet
ResponsibilitiesSpot Checks and Maintenance:
Perform regular spot checks throughout the community premises to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
Pay close attention to detail when cleaning and maintaining various surfaces and fixtures.
Conduct thorough cleaning tasks including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
Trash And Waste ManagementEmpty trash receptacles and shred bins promptly and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of cigarette urns and ensure they are emptied and sanitized as needed.
Detail-Oriented CleaningDemonstrate meticulous attention to detail when cleaning and maintaining various areas and fixtures, including:
Skills, Ceilings, And Other Fans.Blinds, chairs, and baseboards.
Refrigerators, hanging mirrors, and televisions.
Walls, doors, and molding.
Collaboration And Work Order ManagementWork closely with the maintenance manager and team to create, prioritize, and track maintenance work orders.
Assist in setting up and taking down seasonal decorations to enhance the community's aesthetic appeal.
Supply ManagementMonitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Computer WorkUtilize computer skills to:
Read and reply to emails promptly.
Upload barcode data for front and rear gates as required.
Review and update maintenance/janitorial spreadsheet to track tasks and progress.
RequirementsProficiency in reading and understanding the English language.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Basic computer skills, including email communication and data entry.
Prior Experience In Janitorial Or Maintenance Roles Preferred.Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks as required.
