We are hiring Bilingual Healthcare Scheduling Coordinators and Referral Coordinators.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: $18-$20 depending on experience

In these roles, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination of patient appointments or referrals within our healthcare network.

Leveraging your bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, you'll facilitate effective communication between healthcare providers and diverse patient populations, enhancing the quality of patient care experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Seamlessly manage patient appointments and schedules, ensuring efficient and timely coordination of healthcare services.
• Serve as a vital link between healthcare providers and patients, facilitating smooth referrals and enhancing patient care experiences.
• Utilize bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations and address their needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient referrals, appointments, and follow-up care, optimizing workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must.
• Previous experience in healthcare scheduling, referral coordination, or related roles preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and healthcare software systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
