We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Field Manager to join our team! As the Assistant Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various activities on the construction site.

Short Term Contract: April 10, 2024 – August 15, 2024

Pay: $17-$20/HR

Hours: M-F / 7:00 - 3:00 p.m. (possible OT from 6:00 am to 4 or 5 pm)

Duties:

• Inspect each suite with the shell contractor to be certain the suites are ready for turnover by the turnover date
• Must be willing to work weekends when needed
• Check-in Tenant's contractor: review construction field rules and complete suite turn over checklist
• Make sure the site is acceptable and track any issues that may need to be corrected by the shell contractor
• Check with the general contractor daily and make sure they are following the shell contractor’s and landlord’s requirements
• Coordinate and run interference between contractors and construction team managers
• Coordinate/track repairs between the shell contractor and tenant’s suites
• Keep a detailed journal of all daily activities
• Coordinate and maintain trash removal of construction dumpsters

• Knowledge of the construction Industry
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Must be on time daily and have excellent manual dexterity
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
