Job details Local apartment complex in Davis is looking for a Maintenance Technician.
Pay : $20.00 - 25.00 / hr DOE
Hours : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, with overtime
Responsibilities :
- Perform light, routine maintenance on all vacating apartment units
- Replacing light bulbs, cleaning / replacing A / C filters
- Replace smoke alarms / batteries ... - Replacing drip pans
- Replacing blind slats
- Tub caulking
- Replacing broken outlet covers, etc.
- May also include trashing out units (removing left behind trash, furniture, belongings)
- Will also include monitoring vendor progress and some light touch up cleaning for missed items
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Skills :
- Previous apartment maintenance experience
- Will need to have the ability to walk and stay on foot for long hours
- Ability to use small hand tools
