Spherion is Hiring an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK Near Bradenton, FL
ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain customer accounts
Accurately report payments in database
Maintain databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
Communicate with Customers on Past Due Invoices and provide alternative methods for payment
Search State databases for Public Information
Answer inbound telephone calls handle as necessary
Manage current filing system
Perform all other office tasks as necessary
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
SkillsStrong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize, multitask and work independantly
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
EducationHigh School
Experience1-4 years
Qualifications5 years of Accounts Receivable or Office Administration experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks, PCs, Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word & Excel
