A Reliability Maintenance Technician/Millwright is responsible for the execution of preventive & predictive programs at our client sites, which includes health facilities and ethanol plants. The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient work environment along with proper documentation of the work performed. A Reliability Maintenance Engineer will provide corrective maintenance solutions for rotating and mechanical systems to be implemented on equipment in multiple facilities. As a team member you will be expected to work independently and make technical decisions and recommendations in the field.

This is a DIRECT HIRE (not temp) position, meaning you work for this company on day 1 and eligible for Benefits.
Pay Range: $24/hr-$42/hr depending on experience
Typical hours are four 10-12 hour days per week (ie: 6AM-4PM M-TH), but requires an average of ten nights out of a month of overnight work, and being part of an On-Call schedule every 6 weeks for a period of Mon–Sun.
Anything over 12 hours within a day are overtime pay.

Responsibilities
Perform major equipment installation, maintenance, overhauls and inspections – including corrective, preventative or predictive work of industrial mechanical and rotating systems and equipment (For Example: Hammer Mills, Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, Turbines, Cooling Towers, Fans, etc…)
This position requires a combination of mechanical and diagnostics work.
Compliance with workplace policies and procedures for risk identification, risk assessment and risk control
Active participation in activities associated with the management of workplace health and safety
Identification and reporting of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries and property damage at the workplace
Correct utilization of appropriate personal protective equipment
Must Haves
Excellent customer communication skills. External contacts include Tech Support and Plant Maintenance Supervisor
High level mechanical skills are a must
Industrial Maintenance and/or Mechanical background in work experience.
Must be able to work required hours. This includes being available for jobs that pop on Fridays.Hours are dictated by job/customer needs. This position requires an average of eight nights out of a month of overnight work and be part of an on-call schedule every 6 weeks for a period of Monday – Sunday. The Employee will be required to work in different plant environments throughout the Midwest.
Valid Drivers License
Able to pass pre-screening requirements
Foreman/General Foreman status preferred and/or goals to get to these levels are a must

Data Collection
SKF Software (creating routes, using route manager, importing/exporting data, speed tagging, changing input setup values)
Laser Alignment (Belt & Direct couple machines)
Knowledge of computers and software (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Non-Destructive Testing, Ultra Sonic Testing, Oil Analysis.
Knowledge of vibration analysis, laser alignment, and dynamic balancing are preferred, but training will be provided as needed.
Vibration Analyst ISO Category III: Level II or obtain Level II within 2 years…..preferred, but training will be provided as needed.
Balancing (Dynamic & Static Balancing) preferred, but training will be provided as needed.
Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred but not required
