We are recruiting a full time, DirectHIRE, Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis in Burnham, PA to play a crucial role in a manufacturing company by providing financial insights, strategic guidance, and analytical support to optimize decision-making. Responsibilities

• Oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost variance analysis and financial analysis to ensure the company's financial goals are met and resources are effectively allocated.
• Prepare regular financial reports for management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
• Generate ad-hoc reports to support management's information needs.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather budget inputs and assumptions.
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts, considering market trends, production costs, and business drivers.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business performance.
• Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional finance qualification (CPA, CMA, etc.) is a plus!
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis and planning, with specific experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost structures and processes.
