As a commercial flooring estimator, you will work with businesses and commercial properties on their flooring projects. Your job duties include but not limited to calculating the cost for all phases of the project from bid to completion, using system software to input data for cost of project. Coordinating with vendors and customers. Travel to project sites for inspections and meetings with installers.
Responsibilities:
Interacts with General Contractor on projects to bid on. Obtains all measurements and inputs detailed room by room project information into software system to calculate total cost of project to include materials and labor. Skills:
Leadership/Supervisory experience preferred.
Flooring experience is preferred.
Installation experience is preferred.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Good communication skills.
Fluent in English language. Bilingual is a plus.
Vendor relationship experience.
Project management experience.
Ability to travel to project sites within a 60 mile radius.
Computer skills.
