We are hiring a personal lines insurance agent in the Melbourne area. The personal lines insurance agent will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients. The personal lines insurance agent will provide expert advice on personal lines insurance products. The personal lines insurance agent will assess client needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and risk profiles.
Provide expert advice on personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies.
Collaborate with clients to customize insurance plans that meet their specific requirements.
Generate and present accurate quotes to clients, explaining coverage details and policy terms.
Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements with attention to detail and accuracy.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
Assist clients in the event of claims, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
4 or more years of experience working personal lines in FL
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid 2-20 license
Minimum 3 years experience in the personal lines market in Florida
Comprehensive knowledge of personal lines insurance products and industry regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze and assess clients' needs to recommend suitable coverage.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in relevant computer applications and insurance-related software.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
