AM: 5:30a - 5:30p
PM: 5:30p - 5:30a
*4 day work week
Pay Rate :$17.00 /hr.
Job Description :
As a member of the Sanitation crew you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing machines and food production work areas. These team members are vital to ensure the highest quality of baked goods can be produced daily by Pepperidge Farm as they continue to produce and distribute world-renowned snacks and treats.
• Utilizes powered cleaning equipment that may include powered lifts, scissor lifts, power washers, foam applicators, steamers, automatic compactors, motors and various non-mechanized pieces equipment.
• Demonstrates the ability to operate equipment such as floor jacks, trash compactor, vacuum cleaner, and floor scrubber in a safe and knowledgeable manner.
• Follows instructions for safe lifting and carrying of various sizes, shapes, and weights of objects; identifies/reports defective equipment; reports all job-related injuries to management.
• Disassembles and reassembles machines, pumps, bucket elevators, slurry equipment, filters and other processing equipment.
Requirements:
Successful candidates will have good attendance, great hand-eye coordination, the ability to lift up to 50lbs. if/when needed, and great dependability.
