Join our detail-oriented HVAC team. We’re looking for an experienced and professional HVAC Foreman to help our commercial clients stay comfortable and healthy indoors.

You'll be responsible for verifying orders, troubleshooting, installs, diagnosing, and overseeing a team of Installers. You’re comfortable referencing blueprints and manuals to solve complex problems and working with a team to safely and efficiently complete a variety of installations. $40 - $45 hourly

• Coordinate the operations, maintenance, and service repairs on HVAC systems.
• Oversee the installation of new units and replacement parts.
• Ensure work is completed according to company, product, or engineering specifications and established safety guidelines.
• Conduct quality testing and inspections.
• May authorize equipment, supplies, parts, or repairs purchases.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of Journeyman experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman.
• Certification of AA Degree from an HVAC program.
• Thorough knowledge of functional areas under supervision.
