Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Water/Wastewater Professional Engineer to play a key role in our engineering team. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing water and wastewater projects. Your expertise in this field will be essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, environmentally responsible, and efficient solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Lead and manage water and wastewater projects from concept through design, permitting, and construction, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Design and Engineering: Develop and review engineering plans, specifications, and designs for water treatment, distribution, wastewater collection, and treatment systems.
  3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
  4. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide technical expertise and guidance, maintaining strong client relationships.
  5. Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of engineers and technical staff, providing direction and support to meet project objectives.
  6. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standard of engineering work.
  7. Innovation: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and sustainability trends to propose innovative solutions.
  8. Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenses to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • 10 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of water and wastewater systems, processes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, and hydraulic modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Commitment to environmental sustainability and responsible engineering practices.
