Spero is Hiring a Construction Project Manager/Inspector Near Tampa, FL
We are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Construction Project Manager/Inspector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our current flagship project, the South County Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion, projected until the end of 2025, as well as future projects in the Tampa area. This position offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to build their resume on the construction side and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Construction Management/Inspection: Oversee and inspect Water/Wastewater (W/WW) Conveyance and Pipeline projects, with a primary focus on water-specific initiatives.
- Compliance with Hillsboro County Standards: Possess extensive experience with Hillsboro County standard specifications, ensuring all projects adhere to the highest industry standards.
- Document Oversight/Insight: Provide comprehensive oversight and insight into engineering documents. While not responsible for signing or sealing, the candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all engineering documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with engineering and construction teams, offering valuable insights and guidance to enhance project efficiency and success.
- Budget Management: Contribute to budgetary control by monitoring project costs and recommending cost-effective solutions.
- Construction Management/Inspection Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing and inspecting construction projects, with a focus on W/WW Conveyance and Pipeline projects, particularly in the water sector.
- Hillsboro County Standards: Proven familiarity with Hillsboro County standard specifications is a must.
- Professional Engineer (PE): While not mandatory, having a PE is a significant advantage.
