JOB DETAILS:Our client - Small Private EPC Engineering Firm serving heavy industrial clients with large national and global projects. Full backlog through 2026.
Job Role - Senior I&C Design Engineer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Designs and reviews I&C system designs for chemical, refining, petrochemical and specialty chemical plants
  • Provides technical leadership and ensures all designs meet firm and wider technical and design standards, codes, and requirements.
  • Coordinates and leads multidisciplinary teams.
  • Supervises junior staff.
  • Coordinates with clients to gather I&C specifications and requirements.
  • In-person and remotely liaise with plant staff and construction team on national and global projects.
  • Provides reports and estimates to the leadership team.
  • Supports proposal efforts.
  • Travel to sites as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 10 years of I&C engineering experience in relevant industries (chemical, fertilizer, refining, petrochemical, pharmaceutical).
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
  • Strong working knowledge of industrial control process systems. (i.e. Honeywell, Allen Bradley, Yokogawa)
  • Digital and analog control experience.
  • Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
